An experimental study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of production of a PET product, cleaned from PVC and PS, using a wet shaking table. The wet shaking table is an environmentally friendly process, widely used to separate minerals, which has low capital and operational costs.
Shaking table is commonly used in the concentrator process of mineral processing. It can be used for roughing, selecting and other different operations, sorting coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), slime (-0.074), and other different granularity minerals.
To investigate the effect of different groundwater levels on the seismic response of subsurface structures in coral sand layer, Ding et al. (2021) conducted a series of 1 g shaking table tests. The results showed that soil liquefaction has a seismic reduction effect on subsurface structures.

Two groups of shaking table tests were conducted with two types of landslide dam materials: one with quartz sands containing 10% kaolin (Dam I) and the other with only quartz sands (Dam II).
For example, Seed et al. (1963) were the first to develop a mixture of kaolin and bentonite in a 3:1 ratio with a water content of approximately 200% for shaking table modeling of the seismic response of earth embankments; …

Advantages of the kaolin wet beneficiation method. High-quality concentrate: Wet beneficiation can more thoroughly separate the impurities in the ore to obtain higher-quality concentrate. It is suitable for beneficiation of kaolin with more impurities. Strong adaptability: wet beneficiation is suitable for ores of different particle sizes and can also adapt to different types …
There are many factors affecting the work of the shaking table, among which the main stroke, the number of strokes, the concentration of ore feeding, the amount of ore feeding, the flushing water for the ore body, the …
Reasonable model soil is very important in shaking table model tests to reduce the distortion of the soil structure stiffness ratio. Several model soils, such as sawdust soil, sawdust sand, rubber granular soil, rubber powder soil, and sawdust kaolin were prepared and a dynamic triaxial test proceeded to determine their dynamic characteristics. The experimental results …

A shaking table model test is a traditional but effective method to investigate the failure mode and mechanism of structures under seismic loads due to its flexibility and convenience, as well as the ease with which the relevant parameters are obtained. ... A commercially available kaolin clay was selected as the model core material. Two dams ...
For example, Seed et al. (1963) were the first to develop a mixture of kaolin and bentonite in a 3:1 ratio with a water content of approximately 200% for shaking table modeling of the seismic response of earth embankments; Tavenas et al. (1973) used kaolin, silicate cement, and bentonite to model Lake Champlain clay; Blaney et al. (1987) added ...
Two groups of shaking table tests were conducted with two types of landslide dam materials: one with quartz sands containing 10% kaolin (Dam I) and the other with only quartz sands (Dam II). The dam deformation and its influencing factors were analyzed with the results measured by videogrammetric technique.
The general properties of the kaolin clay are shown in Table 3. The compression index of 0·55 obtained from oedometer tests indicates that this clay is a soft and highly compressible material ...
Two groups of shaking table tests were conducted to model the behaviors of two types of landslide dams: one with quartz sands and Kaolin soils to model landslide dams with small average particle size (Test 1, with model Dam I); the other with quartz sands to model landslide dams with large average particle size (Test 2, with model Dam II).

What Is Shaking Table Used For? 6s shaking table equipment can be used in different operations such as roughing, concentrating, sweeping, and so on, to sort out different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and sludge (-0.074).
The multi-layer shaking table is a shaking table with two or more layers. There are stacked double-layer, overlapping double-layer, double triple-layer shaking tables, etc. The shaking table can process materials ranging from medium to fine particles with high separation accuracy, and the bed surface shape and movement are relatively simple.
The ore particles are fed from the feeding trough at the corner of the 6s shaking table bed, and at the same time, the lateral flushing water is supplied from the water trough. Therefore, the ore particles are subjected to the inertia and friction caused by gravity, the impulse of lateral flow, and the reciprocating asymmetrical motion of the bed surface.
In this research, shaking table was selected as a gravity concentration tool for the recovery of copper from the light components.
